No one understands her that no one knows what it's like to be Queen to be born into the royal family and be their only hope to have that pressure on you to be perfect 24/7. Kenzie was at her breaking point she had lost her parents when she was 16 and without a second thought they made a 16 year old little girl the queen of England onenof the oldest empires in the world at over 200 years old when she took over. She had no idea what she was doing she felt so lost she was grieving her parents' death all the while running the country. She was tired all the time yet she plastered on a smile people would always say how hard can it be to be Queen. It was a lot harder than they'd think she had no husband so her grandmothers friend lady Danbury had her arrange a marriage between her and Anthony Bridgerton since Violet is a friend of Lady Danburys. She had the Bridgertons move into the castle to make Anthony feel more at home. She spent most of her days in meetings but on the rare occasion she heard his siblings talking. "She spends no time with Anthony he will leave her and just find someone else." His younger brother Colin said she had stopped dead in her tracks they were in the library she leaned against the wall tears pricking her eyes. "I do not understand why she acts so busy she is Queen it can not be that hard." Daphne said scoffing, she felt a couple tears slip down her face a thousand thoughts ran through her head. She walked to Anthony's room which was right next to hers he was reading a book by the fireplace she knocked before coming in he looked up at her smiling before his face turned to worry. It mightve been an arranged marriage but he had started to catch real feelings for her he was one of the few people who saw the real her. He waited for her to speak wondering if she wanted to talk he was never gonna push her to talk about anything she was prone to shutting down cause she was so used to being alone.
