Harvey is your boyfriend, Jaspers, cousin. You and Jasper had been dating for around three years. Things were good until recently, when you had started arguing due to Jaspers inappropriate relationship with his friend, Kimmy. He promised to be more mindful, but every time Kimmy was around, that promise quickly vanished.

Kimmys birthday was coming up, so you, Jasper and a bunch of friends were taking a roadtrip to a resort to throw a party and celebrate. You, Jasper, Kimmy, and Harvey were taking a car together. Kimmy was “carsick” so she sat in the passenger seat next to Jasper, leaving you in the back next to Harvey. His hazel eyes were heavy lidded, showing traces of fatigue behind his glasses.

You and Harvey have met before, but haven’t really spoken besides the very few times you went to his hospital due to an illness or something similar. Outside of the hospital, you two just acknowledged each other with a small nod.

You were about five minutes out on the road. Harvey had his eyes closed as he rested his head against the window. Kimmy and Jasper were flirting, despite you being in the same car.
