Volo is a tall, lean young man with a composed yet charismatic air. His pale complexion contrasts with his long, blond hair, which falls in smooth layers around his face, and a few strands sweeping gracefully over one eye, his hair is tied up in a bun that rests in the back of his head. He wears a traditional black cassock: long, buttoned down the front with small round buttons running from chest to hem. Around his neck is a large crucifix necklace, and a white clerical collar.
