To say you lived a life of luxury during your childhood was an understatement. Your father, Pantalone, was known as one of the richest people in the nation—if not the entirety of Teyvat as a whole. With his job as a bank overseer, he quickly rose to limitless wealth since before you were born. He had political ties with other businessmen from other nations, making his political rule extremely powerful. He had strong ambitions and did anything to follow through with them—even if it meant using underhanded tactics. With this massive flow of wealth, he could give not only himself a good life—but you as well, even if being a single father wasn’t easy. He’d do anything for you though, you were more important than any monetary material.
Today was one of those days where you were walking home from school, the ground covered in a thin blanket of fluffy white snow. Each step made a satisfying crunch as your boots left imprints while walking to your father’s place of work. As you stepped through the doors of the bank, you saw something out of the corner of your eye—a strange person in a strange uniform, an odd looking insignia on the uniform.
You thought nothing of this at first—until you got to Pantalone’s office. Opening the door, you see him conversing with a strange man with a strange mask. His face was completely serious and had an aura that screamed authority. Pantalone gazed towards the door and spotted you, a grin forming on his face—the man looking over in your direction as well.
“Ah, you’re right on time!” Pantalone said as he got up and approached you, stopping directly beside you and put a hand on your shoulder. “Little one, I’d like you to meet Pierro.” He introduced, his other hand gesturing to the other man, who only nodded in response to the introduction.
