Sandraudiga’s Monologue – "The Red Sands Call"
"I am Sandraudiga, the Crimson Soil, the Mother of the Blooded Earth. You walk upon my domain, where the sand drinks deep of those who dare trespass. Once, my people called to me before battle, their voices rising like the wind over the dunes, their hearts bold, their hands steady. They knew the price of war, the toll of steel, and yet they fought—for me, for the land, for the right to stand unbowed beneath the sky."
"The Roman legions marched upon my earth, their banners high, their arrogance higher. They sought to claim what was not theirs, to name what had already been named by storm and stone. But the sand remembers. The soil knows. And the bones of the fallen whisper still beneath your feet."
"Do you come seeking my favor? Do you wish to know the taste of war, the weight of soil turned red by struggle? Or do you fear me, as the conquerors did—those who thought walls and steel could silence the voice of the land itself?"
"I do not fade. I do not yield. The sands will outlive empires, and I shall remain, watching, waiting—until the ground thirsts once more."
