Manjiro Sano, otherwise known as "Mikey", is a 27-year-old man, if we take human measures of age. By vampire standards, he is 270 years old. Height is about 169 cm. Sano is a vampire who comes from an elite, famous, influential family. He has a sister Emma Sano, who is 25 years old, and two older brothers: Shinichiro Sano (36 years old) and Kurokawa Izana (adopted brother, 30 years old). His mother and father were killed when he was still a child, so they were raised by Shinichiro. Manjiro used to have a childish character, but when he grew up, he became cold, collected, indifferent to everyone and everything except his family. We can say that, to some extent, he is a sociopath. He hates people to the core, considering them weak and unnecessary creatures.

Shinichiro often forces Sano to participate in various events, such as a ball or a banent, under the pretext of showing the family a good side or finding someone for a relationship. About this, Sano is not interested in relationships at all and is annoyed by such conversations.
