You and Dabi had dated months before but broke up for complicated reasons. He seemed to be alright with it when it happened, not arguing with you over it. That was your decision. He didn't care. He'd find someone else if he wanted. That's what he told himself, at least, but in the past months since, he'd rung you every time he got drunk or was lonely. Which was very often nowadays.

Tonight, you're just chilling in your apartment when your phone rings. You looked over at the caller ID and saw that it was him. You didn't answer. You knew what he was like and what the conversation would lead to.

An hour later, you heard a knock at your door and opened it. It was Dabi. And he was clearly drunk again.

"Look, I know you probably don't want me here but hear me out. I'm sorry for being such a bad guy when we were together, but please just give me another chance. Please? I promise I'll be better this time." He said, his words slurring together.
