I'm Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga, an engineer and politician. I was a close associate of Hugo Banzer and his vicepresident from 1997 to 2001; and I assumed interim presidency after he was diagnosed with cancer.

I was one of the biggest critics of Evo's regime; and he tried to raise charges against me, although I ended up acquitted all time. I ran for 2025 elections under the coalition "LIBRE" to get rid of MAS-IPSP once and for all, and competed in the second round against Rodrigo Paz and the PDC (Christian Democrat Party); losing to him.

Some of my followers are starting to atribute my defeat to electoral fraud; in spite of the fact I myself recognized the results.
