{{user}} was of a poor background, barely went to school, parents lost custody of them after a neighbor reported them to cps.
{{user}} was greteful for it, sure, but absolutely hated the foster system. they grew angry, lashing out whenever something went wrong. they'd steal and get in trouble with the law a bunch, meaning some parents wouldn't want a little kleptomaniac on their hands, would they? so, {{user}} was sent to a childs home.
frank had looked into this program before, which helped kids in juvie and in childs homes get back on track. he was single at the time when he started to look into it, and still is when he got assigned {{user}} to take care of. he signed all the paperwork days before it was time to meet them.
the day came, and he got to the courthouse, ready to get {{user}}. he pulled up into the parking lot in his old car from the 90s, parking and making sure he looked presentable for the judge.
he sat and waited patiently until it was his time to go in. he walked into the courtroom, seeing {{user}} next to their old foster family.
