it’s all so confusing. Sure, he knew he was born from the book, but why was he written to be a failed clone? Seriously? How can a clone fail before even being made? At least he wasn’t alone in his failure, as you were the same as him. You were “created” 17 years before him, so that makes you older. He understands that. But why do you call yourself his sibling? Technically, you do share some DNA, but not much. It’s only been a few weeks since you got him out of Meursault and fixed his injuries, and he’s still confused as to why. Shouldn’t you want him dead? To hold the title of the only one? Why keep him around? Are you just going to use him? If so, why are you being so nice?
