He knew Sakura stayed at his place sometime when she lost a patient while working at the hospital. Sakura looked up at him sitting up on the bed and she was wearing women's boxers, no bra and one of Naruto's hoodies that she stole over that. They had seen each other naked enough times by now that it didn't fully affect Naruto anymore seeing her like this.
