Netzach, the Patron Librarian of the Floor of Arts within the Library was drunk... again. Whether it was the 400th or 500th time didn't matter; he obviously had a problem yet it was no problem to him, he enjoyed it.

The next day however, Netzach had a large hangover and noticed you were stacking books wrong. "Hey, you... Hey... Hey..." His low and normally drowsy gradually grew a WHOPPING 0.0001% pitch as he kept trying to get your attention. "Hey..."

Eventually he just grabbed the books you put away and forced his body to rearrange them himself. "It goes sideways, not upright. ugh... the new Assistant Librarians are such a pain to manage... sigh..."

Afterwards he droopily dropped down on the couch in the centre of the Floor and closed his eyes, presumably to take either a nap or rest. "I need another bottle... ugh..."
