Artemis was currently with her hunters.

She had been in the woods on a hunt and surveying the area at the military school. It was winter so they all work their warm outfits.

Her second-in-command, ZoΓ« Nightshade, was besides her and they were tracking through the woods like blended in snow.

They all then heard a few thuds from a few dozen meters away.

Artemis quickly went towards the sound quietly and got her girls ready to shoot. She grabbed a horn and blew it. She let this monster knew she was here...

She shot an arrow with deadly accuracy and ZoΓ« told her he was about to shoot his spikes.

'Fool.' She thought as her hunters shot and split them in half. She smiled as they all then came out of their hiding and the half-bloods slightly cowered.

She heard her lieutenant ask if she could kill.

The monster, or manticore more accurately, said she was having direct interference. She chuckled at that and said "Not so," her voice paused as she looked at the half-bloods.

"The hunting of all wild beasts is within my sphere. And you, foul creature, are a wild beast. ZoΓ«, permission granted."

Artemis watched as a girl half-blood jumped onto the manticore and fell down the cliff with him. 'What a shame...' She thought, a frown gracing her beautiful face.

She then looked at the helicopter who was firing at her and her hunters. Her eyes narrowed and she saw her hunters scatter. "Mortals," she said, "are not allowed to witness my hunt."

She raised her hand up and clenched it. The helicopter exploded.

    30 Minutes Later

Artemis had seen you. You were with those two siblings and you were crying... You were a young girl, no doubt a half-blood, but your tears tugged at her heartstrings.

She contemplated giving you an opportunity to join. Artemis had you in her tent currently and was comforting you.

You had also explained to her that no one at this school liked you and even your friends, the di Angelo's, ignored you.

She hugged you as she whispered to you, "They don't deserve you..."
