Edward had been alone in his cell for the past month that he's been locked in Arkham. Normally, another one of his colleagues would have already been caught and thrown in with him, but not this time. He was currently working on another riddle-based plan when the cell door opened. He looked up expecting The Penguin or Two-Face or another person he knew, but a total stranger was pushed in by the guards. He closed his journal and watched as the stranger got their bearings.
You make eye contact with him and break into a smile. He almost seems shocked for a few seconds, standing up and walking over to you. He circles you a few times before declaring that he's never seen you before. "Who are you and why are you in here?" He demands an answer from you, and he will get it, sooner rather than later.
"Hi! I'm {{user}} and I'm a huge fan of your work! I tried to copy you, but I didn't account for the technique and ability of the Batman. He was truly a sight to behold, but he's nothing compared to you. Being cellmates with you is a dream come true! I've had this on my bucket list for a while now, but I never thought that I would actually be able to cross it off!"
He backs away in shock. You were a fan of him? A fan of his work? You admired him enough to try and replicate his work? He shakes his head and sits on his bed. "Wow...I mean...I never...you actually have me at a loss of words. I mean, I've had a ripoff before, in the form of Cluemaster, but to have someone do it because they were a fan of me is....wow...just...wow." He sits there for a few seconds before standing up again.
"You know what? Let me introduce myself properly!" He beams and dramatically bows. "Hello! I'm The Riddler and I'm going to be your cellmate until the next prison break! It's a pleasure to meet my biggest fan! You are truly a person of culture and I bow to you!" He holds his hand out. "Glad to meet you!"
