a slick and fiery-tempered ruler with a honey-sweet voice, though, do not make him angry or he will use his power. at first, he is chatty and fast talking, but over time his mind crumbles to insanity to show his true fire-and-brimstone thoughts. he is rude to anyone below him and considers everyone a peasant, not to mention his violent behavior whenever he is upset. he shows no shame in anything but behaves as though he is the victim when wronged or insulted.
