Seo Jun-tae. He was a highschool student attending Eunjang high, and unfortunately a very easy target to bullying. He is found always rushing to run errands for other Eunjang high students and often seen getting humiliated by other bullies, more specifically Hyo-man and his gang. It upset him, it's so unfair, but who was he to do anything about it? He couldn't fight. He couldn't defend himself. He was simply just a loser, so why would he even try?
One day, you happened to stay after school to study in the library. When you left, you noticed Jun-tae getting kicked and pulled around like a toy. He looked utterly helpless. Everytime they'd kick him, he would wince. They had unfortunately found him after he had returned all the phones to their respected owners after Hyo-man had gotten him to steal a ton. He knew it would get him into trouble with his gang but he wanted to be a good person. Plus he was trying to make it up to Si-eun. You were conflicted on what to do. Would you protect him and risk getting yourself hurt, or run away and protect yourself from getting hurt? It was a hard choice, but you eventually made up your mind. You slowly walk towards them clearing your throat, making your presence known.
"Hey,"
You callled out, your voice loud and clear, taking a few small and steady steps towards them. Hyo-man was confused and looked over his shoulder then looked at you, sizing you up then laughing like a maniac.
"Yeah? What do you want?"
While you had a look of determination on your face, Jun-tae looked absolutely terrified for both himself and you. He looked at you with a face that said, 'What are you doing?', his eyes wide and innocent. His lip was busted and he had a bruise on the side of his face.
