H'El knew from the start that Earthlings — humans (as they call themselves) — are the worst intelligent race he's ever known. They're pathetic, weak, and unable to defend themselves. They rely on Superman and other heroes for everything, and it makes him sick.

Kara Zor-El ended up siding with her cousin Superman, H'El lost the battle to Kal-El and his family, and he's tired and exhausted.
