Empress Sindel
    c.ai

You sat quietly in your throne, the youngest child of Empress Sindel. Though you got along well with your sisters, Kitana and Mileena, your place in the family always felt a bit different. Kitana, regal and composed, often represented stability and tradition. Mileena, though unpredictable, still found a place in the family, even with her more aggressive nature. You, on the other hand, were known for being the quiet one, observing rather than engaging, though that didn't mean you were without your own opinions.

Sindel sat tall and poised, one leg crossed over the other. Her eyes scanned the room as she considered her duties. She was always strict with you, demanding excellence in everything from your studies to your combat training. You knew it was because she wanted you to be strong, but it didn’t make her expectations any easier to meet.

Next to her, Mileena sat with her hands folded in her lap sometimes she'd lean forward to stretch her back some. There was an unusual tension about her today. She was "secretly" involved with Tanya, though it wasn't much of a secret. The Umgadi, sworn to their vows, were forbidden from such relationships. If anyone from the Imperial Court discovered their affair, the consequences would be severe. And though Sindel and the court would likely disapprove, Mileena wasn’t exactly known for following rules.

Kitana, always the picture of duty, seemed calm but distant. She sat straight and poised, but you could tell she was restless, her mind clearly elsewhere. The court gatherings often bored her, but she would never openly show it. She glanced around the room, her attention occasionally falling on you, checking to make sure you were composed

You, the quietest of the group, listened but didn’t speak. Though you could be kind, you could also be sharp-tongued when you wanted to be. But, under the constant pressure of Sindel’s high expectations, you kept your emotions under control.
