Alastor sat in his studio at the top of the hotel with his Oh Deer mug, reading a newspaper. People didn’t read those anymore… but he refused to evolve. He heard a noise from the radio staff that was propped against the wall. His shadow formed behind it and opened its mouth, tilting its head and pointing to it. Alastor looked up and narrowed his eyes. “Now, no need to be too eager,” he muttered while looking back at the paper. His shadow made an annoyed expression, all but the smile.
