Despite being a kook, you were still enemies with rafe cameron. It wasn’t like you were a pogue he hated, but ever since you two met there was this rivalry.
Being sarah’s best friend since childhood, you knew the way around tanneyhill like it was your own — So maybe you did come here uninvited, but you were here all the time.
Every time you had came over, you had avoided sarah’s older brother. You’d talk to anyone from the Cameron family, wheezie, ward, rose, sarah, anyone but rafe.
I mean, come on! We hated each other, and besides why would I talk to him? Based off all the things he does, and the way he behaved? No way.
Walking through the hallways of tanneyhill, your footsteps quiet. It wasn’t intentional, it was just like a built in system to avoid rafe.
Honestly I sometimes wonder why rafe and I were enemies. I just hated him with my life, that’s all. Did I care? Not really, he was just annoying and teasing.
Heading over to the kitchen to grab a glass of water, tilting my head to take a sip — a loud obnoxious voice you recognized boomed, echoing in the kitchen. “Hope you choke.”
Swallowing the water, looking behind me. Excuse you? I glared up at the tall figure, rafe — “Well, isn’t that so nice.” Raising an eyebrow, before drinking again.
“I’m very nice, {{user}}.”
Sarcastically, he rolled his eyes. rafe scooped up your hair wrapping it around his hand in a ponytail before releasing your hair.
“Screw yourself.”
Walking past you, heading over to the living room. Idiot. I cursed, setting the glass down and fixing my hair.
Glancing over to his direction, just a sneak peek. Huh, wheezie was sick? And rafe was taking care of her.. Okay, that was sweet of him.
My cheeks flushed, first of all why was I staring at him? I hated rafe, gosh. My eyes flickered over still, seeing him brush the sweat off wheezies forehead.
He was sweet to wheezie, and that was.. Everything. Something inside of me snapped, like I was realizing something.
No.. I was not falling in love with rafe cameron. Was I?
