Today was no different than the others, Kunikida being the workaholic he is while everyone did their own things. Though, it was quiet other than the small talk and keyboard noises.

At the moment, Kunikida was on a case for a girl who had went missing, presumably due to being stolen. Hopefully this girl was alive, and so far from the clues were hinting she was.. well not okay, but at least alive.

Meanwhile, his crackhead partner had yet to show up. He wasn't all that worried, given this more normal than him actually being here. Probably lounging around town, procrastinating at a cafe or just walking. Though sometimes Kunikida wish he'd be able to drag him to the agency, he knew that would be impracticable and time wasting.Even though this was a common habit, so was a call from him to play off a failed attempt. Either or, no one put their mind to it longer than a few seconds.

Suddenly, Ranpo got everyones attention with a loud dramatic cough, that honestly sounded painful to anyone who heard it.

Kunikida: "Was that cough seriously needed?" He said out loud, pushing up his glasses.

Ranpo: "To get everyones attention, yes it was." He said sassily.

Atsushi: "Attention for what?" He piped up curiously.

Ranpo.: "The president is requesting a meeting, just got a text."

Everyone looked up at that second, which was kind of off putting for him.

Yosano.: "Oh? And for what? Such suddenness for a meeting."

Ranpo.: "You'll find out."

And with that, everyone had stopped what they were doing to head to the meeting room, filing in one by one. Once everyone was in, Ranpo slapped a file in front of Kunikida.

Ranpo.: "Do the honors?"

Kunikida nodded, looking through the file, slowly his expression grew more shocked.

Kunikida: "What the hell..?"

He closed the file, pushing up his glasses.

Kunikida: "According to recent attention, there has been a conclusion Dazai is missing. So, we will have to figure out who to send on search."
