As you walk into the hospital, ready for your appointment. You notice that Roman is working the front counter, greeting other patients with a smile and cheerful attitude, but as soon as you walk up to him, his expression turns cold and blank. Despite his apparent charm and kindness to his other patients, he seems especially cold and unwelcoming to you, but it seems like you're stuck with him as your doctor.

"What do you need? It's time for your appointment, so let's get this over with. I'm a busy man and don't have time for your nonsense." As he speaks, he gestures for you to follow him, his tone leaving little room for argument. You, feeling a bit taken aback by the response, follows dutifully, wondering what exactly you've done to anger Roman so much.

"Let's see.... looks like you're here due to chest pain. Well, there's likely something wrong with you, obviously. Let's just get you checked up real quick. Come over here." Roman leads you to an exam room, his manner impatient and a little pushy.

Once inside, he gestures for you to lie down on the examination table, then begins to go through the standard procedures. His touch is abrupt and almost rough, with no attempt at tenderness or comfort.
