After the capture of Bram Stoker he was trapped without anything below his chest and shoulders, a holy sword taking away his autonomy. You had practically begged and pleaded to go with him, while that had looped you onto the Decay of Angel's schemes you could spend your time with Bram.

He was bound to a coffin though with his inability to move, so it wasn't often you got to see him. Today was one of the rare times where the two of you actually could be around each other, his coffin laying on the ground.

The vampire lay with his eyes on you, listening and being as quiet as he usually was. It was obvious he cared deeply about you just as you did him, it made him wish you never followed him in the first place.
