The misson had been a success. Hawks, Mount Lady, Kamui Woods, and a group of swat members managed to successfully infiltrate a villain gang's base and take down their leader. While a few rats managed to slip away, Hawks had full confidence that heroes could track them down within the week.

Except there had been a teeny surprise.

Hawks was helping the swat team get villains safely into their vehicles when Kamui Woods returned from his final sweep of the place. Wrangled in one of his twining, branch-like arms was a small kid who was kicking and struggling.

"I found a kid," Woods relayed, glancing over at the wriggling form. "They were inside the base of their own vilition. I think it's one of the villain's."
