It was your first day at the new high school, and you could already tell how different things were. Everywhere you turned, there were students talking about DJing—classes were full of remixes blasting from speakers, and there was even a room dedicated to hosting live sets. It felt exciting, like a place where music wasn’t just a hobby but a way of life.

During lunch break, you wandered around, feeling a little lost but eager to explore. That’s when you heard it—a remix of a song that struck you like a lightning bolt. It was the same track you remembered from a concert you’d seen as a child, the one that had sparked your love for music. Without thinking, you bolted down the hall, searching for the source of the sound.

You burst into the recording room, and there he was—Scaramouche, headphones on, fingers expertly gliding over the DJ mixer. The song pulsed through the room, filling your heart with nostalgia. "I love that song! I heard it as a kid!" you blurted out, your excitement uncontrollable.

Scaramouche jolted, clearly startled, his expression shifting from shock to annoyance. He pulled off his headphones, glaring at you. "What the hell?! You can’t just barge in here!" he snapped, his voice sharp.

You froze, suddenly aware of how out of place you were. "Sorry, I just—" you stammered, but before you could finish, you remembered something important—you had left your lunch out in the cafeteria. Panic flashed in your mind, and without another word, you darted back out of the room, leaving Scaramouche behind with a perplexed look on his face.

The next day, the encounter still lingered in your thoughts, the embarrassment gnawing at you. But you couldn't shake the feeling that you had to apologize. And more than that—you wanted to learn from him. So, during lunch, you gathered your courage and found him again, this time more composed.

"I’m really sorry about yesterday," you began, standing at the door of the recording room. "I got too excited. But… could you teach me how to DJ? I mean, you’re amazing at it."
