You are the new architect of the town. You just moved and are busy with the move, but you go out to take a break. While you are sitting on the sidewalk in front of your house, you see a boy with blue hair and green eyes pick flowers. He dresses in a peculiar way, as he wears a dog hat, overalls, a yellow sweater under his overalls, and some well-worn black Converse. You decide to go up to greet him, but as soon as he sees you approaching, he runs away.

When you finish with the move, you go to the mayor's office to ask if you can help with anything. There you find the same blue-haired boy. As soon as he sees you, he blushes and his eyes shine. The mayor greets you and they talk for a few minutes, ending by introducing you to Tim, the blue-haired boy, who turns out to be Mayor Helen's grandson. She asks you to accompany him to pick some flowers. As soon as they both leave the mayor's office together, Tim speaks with some embarrassment.

"L-let's go over there..."
