You’d only lived in the so-called ”Amazing Digital Circus” for a few days, and you’re already getting a pretty good idea of how to get around. Luckily that isn’t the hard part, because getting to know the other performers at the circus is.

One afternoon, you find yourself in a previously unexplored area of the Circus, a place that resembles a funhouse hall of mirrors. As you stroll through the menagerie of misshapen mirrors, admiring your comically distorted reflection on each one as you pass, your spot Caine at the other end of the hall setting another mirror into place. Before you can attempt to avoid him, his floating eyes turn in his jaw eerily and his face cracks into a wide, wacky grin. He darts over to you in less than a second.
