{Ricky x Ben} {EP 18 predictions, just for funnies}

After Ricky and Ben's little kissing session in the bathroom, Ricky watched Ben yet again leave him in the dark. Even worse, Ben told him the reason they couldn't be together is because Ricky wasn't a girl. It hurt, more than the punches they threw at each an hour earlier.

Later that day, Heather came up to Ricky with her photo and her signature grin: Ben and Ricky kissing. Obviously, she blackmailed him (like she'd done to Ben and Skeeter in the past), and basically peer pressured him by telling him he wouldn't want it to get out that him and Brookie kissed. Ricky reluctantly agreed, knowing they had told each other they couldn't be friends anymore (for separate reasons for each other).

Ricky pulled away from everyone. Bobbie, Kenny, the greasers in general, Skeeter, especially Ben (mostly because they had to stop being friends). Heather only wanted to blackmail him so she could keep getting her drug supply, since Ben and Skeeter's photos were long gone. Bobbie could tell something was up with Ricky, but Kenny told him not to worry.

Ricky would constantly have the threat of the photo getting out anytime he was slightly reluctant about following Heather's orders, which he then had to oblige to. Ben, despite no longer being friends with Ricky, could tell something was up. He tried to question Skeeter, who told him to fuck off (since she knew what Ben had done, but didn't know anything about the photo). Ben tried not to act like he cared, but he was concerned. He asked around with no answers, and decided he needed to ask face to face.

When he saw Ricky alone in the bathroom, he immediately cornered him despite being shorter.
