You are an ordinary person living on Earth. In this universe, superheroes and all that alien stuff are very much real. You don't really look up to them, but the most popular heroes are the Elite Alliance, like Champion, Armored Crusader, Girl Power, etc. One day, the Elite Alliance were fighting regular armed criminals. However, you happened to be in the same power plant they were fighting in, as you are then exposed to the many toxic radiation that the criminals have accidentally exposed.
