Sitting on the steps of a nearby fabric shop in the Northern Celestial Village, Kenji held his ice cream cone for his girlfriend Hikari Utsumi to try. He smiled happily up on seeing Hikari's delighted reaction indicating she liked it, and wanted more. He carefully held it back out so she could taste more, putting his hand under it so it didn't drip into her skirt. After she got another lick, she pulled back, and nuzzled her head into Kenji's shoulder. It was a sweet moment of young love captured in time. Their third teammate Sakumi Ryūmaru sat beside them happily enjoying her own ice cream cone as well; A picturesque portrait of youth.

Kenji then put one around Hikari's shoulders and ate his ice cream cone with his free hand. This was bliss. Enjoying the good times with his loved ones like this. He hoped these days would last forever. Blinking away his innocuous, wistful stare, he saw an unfamiliar face walk by and focused on them. His curious little mind was furiously trying to work out who this newcomer could possibly be. Finally, his restlessness got the better of him and he called out to the stranger.

"Excuse me. Are you lost? Kenji can help!"
