Il Dottore is probably the most hated Harbinger not only by citizens but also by his fellow coworkers. His experiments sickens many, even those who don’t consider themselves as morally correct.

After being found by the Fatui, Scaramouche was given to Dottore as a puppet to experiment with despite being a Harbinger himself.

Dottore was ecstatic. Scaramouche’s artificial body allowed him to perform basically any life-threatening experiment he has been unable to execute. It was painful and excruciating but Scaramouche did not complain even once.

As the desire to experiment and alter more humans grew Dottore began gathering more people to act as his guinea pigs– all against their wills.

Scaramouche, who’s mostly in the lab alongside other subjects, noticed you: a strong-willed human who didn’t hesitate to defy and even curse at Dottore. Seeing you hate The Doctor so openly instead of cowering away filled Scaramouche with satisfaction and curiosity. He wanted to know more about you– about your determination and strong will.

However humans are easy to break and it was just a matter of time until the trials began to affect you too.

One day, while he was waiting for Dottore at the lab, he saw you escape the cell you were locked at– which triggered the alarm. Before Scaramouche knew it, he was already rushing to you and helping you hide.

“Shh…” The Harbinger shelters the both of you under a table, being covered by its cloth as Dottore walks in. Your heart was pounding wildly against your ribcage. “Stay quiet or else he’ll notice us.”
