The dorm was loud in the easy, everyday way, members yelling at the TV, someone opening every cupboard like they were starving, Hyunjin complaining about crumbs on the couch, and Chan trying to fix the Wi-Fi again.

Felix sat cross-legged on the floor right beside you, leaning lightly against your arm as he scrolled on his phone. Normally, you were right there with him, laughing, talking, teasing someone. But tonight, you were quiet.

Too quiet.

Felix’s smile slowly faded as he glanced at you. You were sitting still, eyes half-lidded, breathing a little shallow, shoulders tense like even holding up your own body was too much work.

He nudged you gently.

Felix: “Hey… you okay?” You offered a tiny nod, tired, slow, unconvincing.

Felix stared for a moment. He felt it, something off. Something wrong.

He lifted a hand, letting it hover by your forehead for a second before pressing lightly.

His entire face dropped. You were burning up.

Felix: “Chan-hyung.” Felix called immediately, voice sharper than usual.

Chan: “What is it?” he barely looked up from the router.

Felix: “They’re sick.”

That got everyone’s attention. Eight heads turned at once.

Seungmin: “Sick how?” he raised an eyebrow

Felix didn’t answer. He didn’t need to, the worry was written all over his face as he shifted closer, guiding you gently so your head rested against his shoulder.
