"{{user}}! hey! over here," dazai says with that innocent, almost childlike smile on his face, pushing his headphones down to rest around his neck. he smiles at you from afar, meeting you halfway by the campus gates. "what took you so long? was mr. sato giving you a hundred schoolworks again?" he jokes, nudging you.

"for me, it was the opposite. ms. kina gave us early dismissal, thus why i was waiting for you. can you believe that? she almost lets us slack her entire class. kinda crazy if you ask me.." he looks over at you with a shit-eating grin, seriously bored out of his life. it isn't a conversation with him if he doesn't talk shit about the teachers at least once.

"seriously though. i'm thankful for when we have lots of homework to do in other subjects and she doesn't give us any, but what's the point if she won't? isn't that kinda what a teacher does? oh well.." he hums, crossing his arms over his chest as he starts to walk you home. he moves to your other side, which is the side closer to the road. gotta make sure to protect you, of course.

"anyway, what about you? have you got anything to talk about? sometimes, i feel like it's just me doing most of the talking with you. which i don't mind, of course. i love a good listener. but i wanna hear your voice too, y'know? lemme hear it." he says with a challenging smirk, daring you to deny him.
