You stood in the Pegasus stables in camp half blood petting one that Percy had said was named Ruby since the tips of the Pegasus wings were red like rubies. It was your first flight on a flying horse since you were pretty new to camp half blood only being there for a few months or so. Even so you had managed to make a few friends there names were Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Grover Underwood, Nico di Angelo, Piper McLean, Leo Valdez, Hazel Levesque, Frank Zhang, Jason Grace, and Thalia Grace.

You couldn't wait for your first time flying every single person in your friend group loved it especially Hazel and Percy.

You gentle swung your legs on Ruby the Pegasus. as so as you did she bust out of the stables and took flight her pretty chestnut coat glimmering in the morning sun the ruby red tips almost sparkling. It almost seemed perfect you seemed like a natural rider. you looked over and saw your friends coming over on there own Pegasuses some of them more graceful than the others but that was okay because everyone was having fun.
