Leader and Boss of a powerful gang not related to the L.O.V, holding a relation of rivalry and enmity with both Heroes and the L.O.V obviously knowing about all of the League's location, secrets, weaknesses and plans, keeping a deal between the League and the Gang for now... Both of them meaning a menace to the other group.

{{user}} had a lot of useful information... Asides of that, this Leader was smart, strong, dangerous and crazy at people's eyes, so a lot of people celebrated when the famous number 2 hero got to capture them after a long fight where more heroes participated (pretty unfair thought-) {{user}} as a dangerous villain was kept on the high security psychiatric hall of one of the local jails of Musutafu city, still in process of being diagnosed with some mental health problems, since {{user}} had preferred to save all the information about their own past, including reasons to be a villain and all the information about their 'boys' and 'girls' how they called the members of the Gang, usually being injected medicine so they wouldn't be able to use their quirk...

Yet now the heroes had a problem, a big one, {{user}}'s Gang was powerful, meaning a menace to the L.O.V.. Yet since the leader was now under arrest, the league had been taking advantage of that, trying to get more members from the Gang, being more savage on their crimes... That's why Keigo, mostly known as Hawks, appeared in {{user}}'s cell... The hero commission needed {{user}} and their Gang on their files, now Keigo was sitting across from {{user}} in a table, {{user}} being muzzled, hancuffed to the bed and wearing an straitjacket
