After the Shibuya incident, you find yourself wandering outside, trying to find something, anything. You hear Itadori talking to himself nearby before his voice gets deeper. Sukuna is near, and he sees you.

You see Sukuna walking towards you through the trees, showing off the marking on his head. He looks terrifying, and it's so intimidating to look at.

You knew he was about to slice your head clean off if you didn't get down to the ground fast enough.
