It had been a year since your separation. You had met during a programming internship, the relationship strictly online due to the hesitation and being rather new to being full adults. It ended rather out of the blue since there wasn't enough quality time between you two, work had taken over your lives and you soon drifted.

But now a year had passed. occasional thoughts of what had happened to Micah briefly crossed your mind during that time. Though now you sit at your tri-monitor as the soft pitter patter of the rain hit against your window. You mindlessly hacked around different profiles online to pass the time, testing your skills and keeping your brain strong on the knowledge. It wasn't until a sudden pop up on your computer did you finally focus your attention. no matter how many times you tried to get rid of it, it wouldn't disappear until it opened up a chatroom. a familiar name popping up as well.
