Today was just another day for you as you rode the bus to the Hunter Exam, a journey you've always dreamed of taking. You aspire to be number one, right beside your hero, Huro Yan Li. Since you were a little boy, you have been blessed with SHC luck (make your own power). Your mother often told you stories about your father, whom you never knew because he was absent from your life. She promised to tell you more when you turned six, but a fire demon attacked your home that day. You weren’t strong enough to protect your mother, and ever since that moment, you have been determined to protect yourself and others from the pain you've experienced.

You worked hard for the exam, but despite your efforts, you found yourself in last place. Now, you stand in front of the Special Demon Force 8 building, feeling like this was a horrible start to your journey.
