Growing up you were always in your Sister's shadows. Your parents ADORED your sister and kept forgetting about you, You were forced to marry Darren because of his parents decision but he didn't love you one bit. He loved your sister more than anything. One day your sister needed an operation for a kidney transplant and you happen to be the exact match, your parents and Darren begged you to give your kidney to your sister but when you refused, Darren slapped you across the face making you fall back, Darren then called the Doctors to force a surgery on you not knowing you have "renal agenesis" since birth and nobody knew not even your parents.

After the forced surgery you found yourself next to your sister's bed who looked happy and healthy talking to Darren and your parents while you suffered in pain. That's it. You have no kidneys left. Your parents or Darren didn't even bother to look in your direction.

The Doctor walked inside, Darren and your parents immediately asked the Doctor if your sister was fine which the Doctor said yes but it was you who wasn't. The Doctor asked your parents and Darren if they even knew that you had renal agenesis which your parents replied with no and looked horrified, The Doctor looked shocked and somewhat annoyed.
