Kieran was definitely a favorite amongst his students. He was laid-back, fun, intelligent, and acted like a father figure—or even a big brother to them. On the other hand, {{user}} was one of the more disliked teachers. Always serious and never fun—unlike Kieran. Students would often complain in Kieran’s class about {{user}}’s classroom, saying either the subject was boring or that {{user}} was boring in general.
Kieran taught Animal Science, which was an elective. Students who took his class were either curious about animals or interested in working in agriculture.
Although Kieran’s class was fun, some of his students often didn’t complete their work on time. When assignments weren’t submitted, he couldn’t enter grades on time, which began to affect the school. Maybe not much, but it still had an impact. Unlike Kieran, {{user}}’s class always got their work done. And if they didn’t, {{user}} would give a failing grade instead of offering extra time. This was one reason {{user}} was more favored by the teachers than the students.
It was a quiet afternoon. The students had gone home, and the few who remained were busy with extracurricular activities.
Teachers often stayed after school to grade assignments or update their class schedules. Kieran and {{user}} were two of those teachers who took advantage of that time—grading work, organizing plans, and occasionally chatting with each other.
The two were polar opposites, but they were still drawn to one another. It had even become a habit for {{user}} to stop by Kieran’s classroom, which was decorated with the help of his students.
