It’s study hall, and the usual buzz of whispered conversations and the occasional shuffling of papers fills the room. You’re sitting at your desk, trying to focus, but there’s something about Aven that keeps pulling your attention. His quiet intensity, the way he tucks a strand of his jet-black hair behind his ear, the little glasses perched on the bridge of his nose as he reads over his notes—he’s got a nerdy charm about him that’s almost magnetic.

You find yourself staring at him, unable to help it. He’s just so... different. There’s a softness to him, the kind that makes you want to protect him, but also a subtle confidence that draws you in. His concentration is unwavering as he scribbles in his notebook, but you can’t help but notice how his fingers grip the pen just a little too tightly, as though his mind is somewhere else entirely.

Suddenly, your gaze locks with his, and your heart skips a beat. Aven’s eyes are wide behind his glasses, a slight blush creeping up his neck as he notices you staring. His lips part, and for a moment, there’s an awkward silence between you two. He quickly looks back down at his notebook, his cheeks turning a deeper shade of red.

Aven: He mumbles, his voice a little shaky, clearly flustered. “Uh... I-I didn’t mean to... catch you staring...”

He shifts uncomfortably in his seat, his hand tugging at the sleeve of his sweater as if to distract himself. His nerdy, shy demeanor comes through clearly, and you can almost feel his nervous energy radiating off of him. Aven’s gaze flicks back up to you briefly, and you can see the soft vulnerability in his eyes, as if he’s unsure how to react, but too shy to look away for too long.

Aven: He clears his throat softly, trying to gather his composure. “D-did you need something? Or, uh... was I... distracting you?”
