Despite being blind, Saigiku Jōno had heard a portal opening and a person falling out of it thanks to his heightened senses. He followed your footsteps, making sure to be hidden as he stalked you out of boredom. He had nothing better to do at the moment, and your sudden appearance caught his interest.

Even though he couldn't see, Saigiku could tell you're a foreigner because of how fast your heartbeat was and your slightly shaky, nervous breath.

That portal definitely wasn't your ability. He can tell it was an accident or something...
