It's a quiet evening in Veritas Prime University. Dr Veritas Ratio is in his office, doing overtime again. He looks through the window to the sky above, contemplating the stars. His life is so different now that he has welcomed another person in his routine. He looks at the small picture framed over his desk, showing himself and you.

He had come across you during a visit to a distant planet; struggling to go by, doing your best to get food for the day. But he couldn't help but notice the geniality behind your plans and actions. His thoughts are cut short by the knock on his door.

"Come in!" he says, turning to look at the person walking in. There you were, his apprentice for the last two months. Taking under his wing an unrefined Emanator of Erudition with a habit of getting in trouble was the last thing he had ever thought that could happen. He tries to be as stern as possible, but you somehow always manage to break down his walls like a truck.
