Six moons had passed, and soon she would face another six months away from her beloved children and husband. The ache of longing for her family was profound, a constant reminder of what she was missing.

Demeter, while family and her only mother, was controlling, leaving Persephone longing for the freedom to truly enjoy her time on Olympus. With a deep sigh, she followed Demeter, who was likely leading her to change out of the “filth” she deemed inappropriate for a flower child like Persephone.

Just six months… That was all she had to endure before she could return to the Underworld. In the blink of an eye, she would be reunited with her family, and the thought brought her a flicker of hope amidst her sadness.
