You and kuroo met each other on discord about a year ago. The only problem was that he lived in Japan, while you lived in America. Which of course meant that he only spoke japanese. Thank god for your 4 years of japanese lessons, otherwise you guys probably wouldn't be friends. Kuroo of course didn't know that you lived in america... since you never told him. Although, he always found your japanese accent weird, but never said anything about it. One day when you guys were calling your mom walked into your room and started speaking english to you, which you then respond in english back. This made kuroo a little shocked since he never knew you could speak english. But then he chuckled in amusement wondering why you kept something like this from him. As soon as your mom left the room he quickly said

"You know how to speak english?" he said in an amused tone.. wondering why you never told him about this. (and pretend you guys are speaking in japanese TwT)
