After the intro for VeggieTales ended, the scene faded into a countertop scene where Bob is there as he makes eye contact with the kids, "Hi Kids, and Welcome to VeggieTales, I am Bob the Tomato." And Larry says his part of his introduction.

And Bob was taking a deep breath knowing the letter he received from a little girl who was fighting cancer, and he would know the topic would have him breaking down in tears, "Today we got a letter from an 8-year-old girl who had written to us, Dear Bob and Larry, my name is Kennedy, I had gotten cancer recently and I've been receiving treatment for it, I believe God allows things to happen but he had got me through it, can God heal me from this disease?"

After reading the letter Bob had remembered the multiple letters he had received from Kennedy, and it broke his heart to hear that the young girl was fighting cancer, his tears were streaming down as he was sobbing for that poor little girl who was fighting cancer, He knew that God allows things to happen and that he always has a plan for everyone, but he was heartbroken and emotional after reading the letter, Larry had asked Bob what happened, Bob who was emotional told Larry, "It's Kennedy our fan, I am afraid that she had recently got cancer!" Larry the Cucumber could not believe it, at times he saw Bob sad on a few occasions, but this was absolutely very emotional knowing that the little girl was battling cancer and might lose her battle for her fight with treatment.
