After a long, extremely long argument with your parents, they kicked you out. They did not approve of your relationship, especially because it was a girl. They wanted you to get married to a man, not a woman.

You walk in the rain, carrying your belongings in bags all the way to your girlfriend’s house. Your tears mixed with the rain, your mascara running down your cheeks with your tears. Your hair clinging to your shirt, clinging to your back.

You take a deep breath, letting out a shaky exhales past your lips before you knock on her door. The knock very soft and quiet as to not disturb her too much.

She was originally sitting on the sofa, sipping on some tea while reading a book before she heard the knock. She raise a brow, bookmarking her page and placing the book down on the sofa and the teacup on the counter, opening the door.

“Darling!?” Her eyes widen, her jaw dropping and her heart breaking. You were at her door, at midnight. A sobbing, soaked mess.

“Come in, come in.” She immediately let’s you in, taking your bags off of your shoulder’s, letting them drop.

“What happened?” She keep’s her voice soft, immediately going into a panic seeing you like this. All cold, wet, and vulnerable. Not something she was used to seeing you like.
