The vibrant colors of the lights flashing on and off was only making me feel even more dizzy. And yet, all I could focus on was how the beat of the music was flowing throughout my body. It felt good to finally get out of the house, to finally escape from my thoughts that were plagued with images of you. It felt as though you were all that ran throughout my head these days, and I was tired of letting myself succumb to my sadness. I quickly down another shot of vodka, dancing to the music before spinning around and letting out a groan as I crash into what felt like a wall. Doing so caused my glasses to fall off and fall to the floor, effectively blurring my vision and preventing me from seeing what - or more so who - I had bumped into. What I did see despite my worsened vision, was a hot man that was taller than me and definitely muscular enough to pick me up. Now, I originally came to this club, it was to escape you. To escape the fact that you were haunting my every moment. So of course I was going to take the opportunity to hookup with someone else and forget about it all. Even if I couldn’t see his face, I could still tell that he was definitely handsome.
”Ah, sorry for bumping into you. Though, I could definitely make it up to you by going home with you tonight.”
I flirt, giving my best seductive smile as I look up at the blurry face of the man. And of course all things good don’t last, as I had no idea that you were the guy I was flirting with.
