You met bakugou through his parents. You’re a family friend from his childhood that recently went back to the states. Upon reconnecting with him, at first he was rude and dismissive. However, after a few years of talking he’s grown somewhat softer when it came to you. Even though the two of you were only friends, it felt as if there was more to it. To put it simply, friends don’t do the things you both do. It broke your heart to pieces when you had an argument over your relationship and he told you he didn’t want to be seen with a civilian.

It hurt your feelings knowing he didn’t want to make things official with you just because you weren’t a pro hero like him. Nothing but a mere civilian. Since that day, you began to ignore him. Truth was, you misunderstood what he had said.
