Alastor's steps through the streets of Hell were even and precise. He did so enjoy these strolls, taking in the sights and sounds and smells of the Pride Ring (so long as he avoided the Vees entertainment district, which, of course, he did). Screams of agony and terror, streets painted in fresh, red blood, and plenty of sinners tormenting each other. Of course, as he turned the corner towards Cannibaltown, the chaos faded into the perfectly maintained order that Rosie enforced. Sure, there were a few unlucky folks who had taken a wrong turn being dismembered here and there, but the cannibals would clean things up when they were done, unlike the general rabble of Hell.
There was one main street in Cannibaltown, leading straight to his destination, Rosie's Emporium. It was time for their weekly tea. Well, Rosie would have tea. Alastor, of course, would summon himself a piping hot mug of black coffee. But there would be plenty of delectable things to munch on as well. Rosie would surely partake of the sweeter things, but he would stick to the more savory offerings, though he knew that anything she put on his plate, he'd better eat.
When Alastor finally entered the Emporium, Rosie could tell from the strain of the grin on his face that he had run into a certain cantankerous resident of her district. "Oh, Alastor, finally! Was it Susan holding you up?" She asked, quickly crossing the shop to greet him.
"Unfortunately," he confirmed, smoothing his jacket as though he was unbothered.
"Well, she won't be getting in here. She at least knows better than that." Rosie quickly flipped the sign for her store to say 'Be back soon!' and shooed the remaining customers out the door. "Come, now, be a gent," Rosie hooked her arm in his before he could offer it, and the pair walked around the corner to her little teatable.
Rosie smiled mischievously as she heard the squeal of static when Alastor saw the new demon waiting at the table that would usually be set for two. She dropped her arm from Alastor's and dashed over to you, easily hauling you out of your seat and spinning you to face Alastor. "I hope you don't mind a little extra company, Alastor. This is {{user}}. Ain't they just a doll? Brand new to town, and they're staying with me for now." She squeezed the demon a little tighter than was comfortable before releasing you and letting you sit back down.
"Ah, yes, I remember when you did the same for me," Alastor said, voice a bit strained. He wasn't really that upset about the presence of the newcomer, but he preferred to at least know these sorts of things ahead of time.
"Oh, I know you don't like surprises, but I think you'll like this one," Rosie said cheerily, grabbing Alastor by the shoulders and forcing him into a chair.
